JazzRock, the band’s leader, writes all the lyrics and is the lead vocalist and rock frontwoman. Together with her bandmates, SFB writes a mix of progressive punk-rock alternative music. All songs are produced by JazzRock.
Under JazzRock, the band’s fully released single, “Calling 911”, is an anthem against Domestic Violence on women and children. The song was produced and mastered at The Cutting Room in NYC  In 2019 the song was used by The NYC Mayor’s Office to end Domestic & Gender-Based Violence as part of an awareness and silent auction event, in partnership with Warrior Women in Business.
Their second release, also produced and released by JazzRock  “Takashi Anthem” was written for the new graphic novel by comic book illustrator, Victor Rojas , “Takashi the Wanderer”, a story of a lawless futuristic NYC where one hero , Takashi brings the art of boxing to a barren, wasted land where Warriors control, rape and pillage. The song was recently a top selling game https://www.fanpoweredmusic.com/ in the FPM Surf arcade game community.
Silent Fury Band’s 2020 release, “Violence Against Violence” (The song that changes everything) is a hard-hitting account and rock song that shares the ongoing saga of the crumbling of structure and systems, an explosion of lawlessness, police defunding and the aftermaths of a 2020 world gone awry. Â
Their 2021 release, “Dead Weather” accompanies the climactic fight scene in Takashi the Wanderer graphic novel and tells the story of a post-apocalyptic “Dead Weather” scarce future , the battle between good and evil and secrecy of love lost. The release is now available on Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora and all streaming channels. Grab it here on SPOTIFY
In 2022, Silent Fury and JazzRock released a song they wrote in 2019 about the position they believe all creatives need to take when it comes to assessing and receiving their monetary value as artists, “Greedy Elevator”. The song talks about the imbalances of capitalism , which favors those with “mathematical brains” as the song calls out and pushes out the talented musicians , left starving. This is a JazzRock anthem to disrupt this structure and favor those who truly create what we need in the world - music.Â
JazzRock and Silent Fury have 30+ original songs and are currently producing their first album to release in 2022 They are also then producing an entire Rock Opera for the Takashi Comic Book with 6 additional songs to be performed in 2022 in NYC.Â
